Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International shipping rates can vary so please head to checkout, enter your address to calculate shipping costs.

Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

3D Rhino Limited (www.3drhino.co.uk) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

All parcels we send are fully insured meaning that if any damages happen during transit, we can raise a claim with our couriers for your peace of mind. Please get in touch with us here or on our live chat feature.

We will need the following from you to raise a successful claim: 

• Images of the damaged item & the protection that was around the item
• Images of the item along side the damaged packaging 
  
• Images of the damaged item by itself

We MUST receive at least 3 images, one of each described above or we cannot open a claim for the parcel, which could mean you are not eligible for a refund and liable to not receiving a replacement. For returns and refunds please see our policy here.
